Dr. Agathe Buzzi, a native French speaker, is a French-Swiss professional from Ticino. After studying medicine at the University of Geneva, she obtained a Diplôme Fédéral de Médecine in 1999. Specialising in paediatrics and adolescent medicine for her FMH qualification obtained in 2004, Dr. Buzzi became passionate about medical hypnosis, thus deepening and extending her studies to obtain AFC FMH certification in medical hypnosis in 2013. She then continued with further certifications in 2018 and 2023 to further consolidate her experience in this field.

She has practised as a school doctor in the Locarno District since 2007, and as a referring physician for the Associazione Famiglie Diurne Sopraceneri childcare agency since 2018 - where she has also served as a committee member since 2024. Her membership of prestigious professional bodies such as the SMSH, IRHyS, and the International Society for Hypnosis (ISH) highlights her constant commitment to developing and applying the potential of medical hypnosis.

Dr. Agathe Buzzi is a paediatric specialist with extensive training in medical hypnosis. Her professional experience has been in the field of general outpatient paediatrics and clinical hypnosis, with a particular interest in the integration of hypnosis into medical treatment.

From 2008 to 2014 she worked as a locum paediatrician at the Dr L. Pissoglio practice, and has held a paediatric post at the Dr N. Pedrozzi practice (in Biasca) since 2006.

• FMH certificate of Complementary In-Depth Training (AFC) issued by the Swiss Society of Medical Hypnosis.
